Our Leadership Summit will be hosted at Sunriver Resort.
Pahlisch has a room block at Sunriver Resort. Employees traveling from outside of Central Oregon should call Sunriver Resort directly at 855-420-8206 to reserve their room. (When the automated attendant answers, ask for “Reservations” and then press “2” to make a reservation with a scheduled group or conference.) Pahlisch will be billed for the room. Employees should be prepared to have a card on file at check-in for incidentals. If you are attending but unable to stay at Sunriver Resort, please contact your company’s HR representative.
Employees of all regions must RSVP below by October 16.
For employees traveling from outside of Central Oregon, meals will be reimbursed at the IRS per diem flat rate of $125. This amount covers dinners on 11/16 and 11/17, and breakfast on 11/18. We are serving breakfast and lunch during the event on 11/17.
Event attendees will need to complete a per diem expense reimbursement form at event check-in to receive food and personal car mileage reimbursement.** Reimbursements will be processed through payroll on your November 25 paycheck. Agent reimbursements will be processed through Accounts Payable.

**Attendees who drive from any location will receive a reimbursement for mileage from their home office location (4 options) to Sunriver Resort. Mileage will only be paid to those who drive their personal vehicle. Mileage should not be submitted by employees who carpool to the event or who drive a company vehicle.
