Welcome to Your Pahlisch Home

Congratulations on becoming a Pahlisch homeowner, and welcome to the family. Whichever community you now call home, we know that you’ll be surrounded by incredible amenities, a vibrant local culture, and the quality that Pahlisch is best known for. Buying a new home is an exciting step, whether this is your first time or your forever home. But we understand that it can also be an overwhelming experience. At Pahlisch, we’re dedicated to our homeowners––from your initial homeowner orientation to your one-year walkthrough and beyond. 

In-House Orientation

As part of our commitment to continuing care, we offer every buyer an in-house homeowner orientation from one of our Customer Care Representatives. During this process, we’ll familiarize you with everything you need to know to care for your Pahlisch home. About a month before closing, we’ll reach out to schedule this appointment. 

Homeowner Orientation

Once at your new home, we take an hour or two to go through your home’s systems from top to bottom. These include your sprinkler system, heating and cooling, and gas and water shutoffs. Our Customer Care team member also takes this time to make sure you have a good understanding of the proper maintenance and care of your home. The in-house orientation is a great opportunity to ask questions and understand how to schedule future service work, should your home need it.

One-Year Walkthrough

As part of our commitment to your care, we offer a one-year walkthrough of your home. This walkthrough allows us to address any issues that arise in your first year of homeownership. Before you schedule this appointment with our Customer Care team, be sure to note any concerns, such as drywall cracks or windows slightly off the frame from natural settling.
