Caraway

Caraway is Pahlisch Homes’ newest master planned community in Bend, Oregon. Within the master planned community, Pahlisch Homes is excited to provide over 400 new homes in addition to affordable housing, commercial, employment and industrial uses that are intended to meet the needs for the North Triangle Expansion area as outlined in Bend’s Comprehensive Plan. This project is currently going through City review and awaiting an initial public hearing date. Please refer to the City of Bend’s website for more details regarding the public comment and hearing process. While our team is still in early stages of planning, we hope to begin construction of required infrastructure in 2024 with first homes available in 2026.
