Bidding Farewell to Our Austin Heritage Community

It’s always a bittersweet moment when we approach the end of a major project and have to say goodbye to a community we’ve built. Seeing everything come to life as homes, clubhouses, and parks are completed is thrilling, and we love connecting with the people who come to call our Pahlisch communities home. But as hard as it is to move on, it’s an even greater joy knowing that these communities will continue to thrive and grow decades after we’re gone.

Today, we’re starting to bid farewell to our Austin Heritage community in Southwest Washington. As we wrap up our last phase of development, we wanted to take a moment to highlight this amazing community and the Pahlisch Homes team members who helped make it possible.
