Happy moving day! Once you’ve got the keys, Wayfinder updates to reflect that and help you settle in. Head to the Homeowner Dashboard for information about your home and community, and click on the Your Home tab for a home overview and build history.

The answers to your HOA questions live here. We’ve partnered with Crystal Lake to provide access to your community’s CC&R Rules and Bylaw documents directly from Wayfinder. From ARC requests to clubhouse reservations, we have you covered.

Because we care about supporting you long after you get your keys, your Home Warranty Manual is now available in digital form. For home care questions like “what does my warranty cover?” or “what’s a one-year warranty inspection?” you’re in the right place.

Homeowners can now find key maintenance and warranty documents from the New Home Demonstration (NHD) inside Wayfinder. Simply log in and navigate to NHD Documents for quick access.
