Access to no-cost and low-cost medical, dental, and vision plans with a robust network of providers are available to you on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. We also provide a substantial contribution the Health Savings Account (HSA) for employees who choose an eligible health plan.

Upon completing 30 days of employment, Pahlisch pays 100% of the premium for basic life insurance and long-term disability insurance for full-time employees. You also have the option to choose additional benefits that meet your personal needs such as supplemental life, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident, emergency transportation, and pet insurance.

At Pahlisch Homes, we work hard and then go home. Full-time employees receive 152 hours of PTO per year to use when you need time off work. PTO amounts increase at 5-year increments. In addition, we celebrate with more than 9 paid holidays per year…including a company-paid closure from Christmas Day through New Years Day to allow employees to spend the holidays how they choose.

We prioritize your future. Following 90 days of employment, you are eligible to begin contributing to our 401(k) plan. Pahlisch will match your contributions dollar for dollar up to 4% of your compensation and offer the assistance of financial advisors to help you plan for retirement.

We never build a home we wouldn’t live in ourselves. To make home ownership possible for Pahlisch employees, we provide home-buying discounts in our communities and rental allowances in multi-family housing communities built by Pahlisch.

We extend our offerings beyond essential benefits through team-building events, summer celebrations, happy hours, and open tabs at local coffee houses. Employees also enjoy complimentary golf at Widgi Creek Golf Course, baseball tickets to the Hillsboro Hops and Tri-Cities Dust Devils, and admission to the High Desert Museum.

We know life can bring the unexpected. We offer Pahlisch Extended Illness Pay as partial income protection in the rare cases when an employee is unable to work due to their own covered condition after state-paid disability has been exhausted and before eligibility for long-term disability. Employees are allowed to convert up to 40 hours of unused PTO at the end of each calendar year into Pahlisch extended illness pay.
