The Lava Ridges community features a community pool with a kid-size wading pool, and covered picnic area. Also included in the community is HOA maintained front yard landscaping, front yard irrigation, partial front fencing, convenient location to the Pine Nursery Park and over 12 acres of open space.

Pine Nursery Park
Located adjacent to Lava Ridges is the future home of the Pine Nursery Park. Sure to be a centerpiece for Central Oregon, the park will cover approximately 159 acres at total build-out, including Community park facilities, a neighborhood park, sports complex, natural areas, fitness trails, nature trails, support facilities, connections to surrounding residential lands, and room for future expansion. There will also be a 15 acre school site that is identified for elementary school development. The sports complex, scheduled for 2008/09, will include:
- 4 Youth-Adult Softball Fields with 4 soccer fields overlayed for seasonal/tournament play.
